| TS EN 12845+A2 Standard; It is the same as EN 12845+A2 Standard and is the "Turkish Fire Standard" created by Turkish Standards Institute with the permission of European Committee for Standardization (CEN). In the process of creating this standard; EN 12845+A2 standard accepted by CEN was taken as basis and prepared by TSE Engineering Services Specialization Group and it was accepted as "Turkish Standard" and decided to be published in the meeting of TSE Technical Board on July 19, 2012. |
| Why Should a Fire Pump Compliant with TS EN 12845+A2 Be Used? |
| According to the provisions of the "Regulation on the Protection of Buildings from Fire" and the TS EN 12845+A2 fire pump standard in force; precautions to be taken against fire and the "fire pump" to be installed must be in accordance with the provisions of the regulation. If there is a situation that does not comply with the provisions of the regulation, the building will not be given an occupancy permit (use permit). Due to fire damages that may occur due to non-compliance with the provisions of the regulation; the employer, employer representatives, architects and engineers responsible for design and implementation, building inspection organizations, contractors, manufacturers and consultants are jointly and severally liable according to their faults. Systems containing sprinklers must be designed in accordance with TS EN 12845+A2 and the fire pump to be used must be in accordance with TS EN 12845+A2, which is the fire standard of Turkey. |
